View My Class Schedule (List View)

Students can use their HUB Student Center to view their weekly schedule.

• Step 1: Select Manage Classes.
  
• Step 2: Select the View My Classes tab.
  
• Step 3: View the Days and Times and Location of the class. A class may have multiple meeting patterns and meeting locations. The class pictured below is an example of a hybrid class that meets on campus on Mondays, and remote on Wednesday and Fridays. The room listing of On Campus – TBD (CSS) indicates that a room has not been assigned yet for this class.
  
• Step 4: View the Enrollment Status of the Class. This will indicate if you are enrolled, on a waitlist or if you have dropped the class.
  
• Step 5: Click on Enrollment Deadlines for each class to view important information about the add/drop and resign dates for the class.
  
• Step 6: The informational window shows the add/drop and resign dates for the course.
  
• Step 7: View the class schedule By Date. The default view shows the upcoming schedule for the next week. This can be adjusted by using the from and to dates. Your enrollment status is also indicated here. The class pictured below is an example of a hybrid class that meets on campus on Mondays, and remote on Wednesday and Fridays. The room listing of On Campus – TBD (CSS) indicates that a room has not been assigned yet for this class.
  
• Step 8: Click on a class to view more information.
  
• Step 9: The Class Information window will open. This window defaults to the class details tab. This tab will indicate class instruction mode.
  
• Step 10: The Meeting Information Tab will also provide information about the class meeting patterns. The class pictured below is an example of a hybrid class that meets on campus on Mondays, and remote on Wednesday and Fridays. The room listing of On Campus – TBD (CSS) indicates that a room has not been assigned yet for this class. Also, the status of the class indicates that the class is still open. If the class is closed or waitlisted it will be indicated here. Toggle through the additional tabs to locate any additional class information needed.
